Amenities & services
Please let us know your individual wishes and needs as early as possible so that we can fulfil them in the best possible way. We are happy to consider special room requests subject to availability.

Arrival
Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm. You can also arrive outside the opening hours. Please inform us in advance by phone at +43 316 824 800 or by mail under domhotel@domhotel.co.at.

Arrival by bike
If you arrive by bike, please contact us in advance, as we do not have a bike storage room.

Arrival by motorcyle
If you arrive by motorcyle, please contact us in advance, as there is no parking available in front of the hotel or in the Pfauengarten parking garage.

Bathrobe and slipper
We are happy to provide bathrobe and slipper in our Superior rooms on request.

Bicycle rental
If you like to explore Graz by bike, you will find several rental stations nearby. The Mur cycle path is also only 300 meters away from our hotel.

Breakfast
We are happy to serve breakfast to your room (room service € 10). Breakfast lists are available at the reception. We kindly ask you to hand in the completed list at the reception by 10 pm at the latest the day before. Breakfast from the breakfast buffet (if not included in the room rate) costs € 21,- per person/night. Breakfast "to go" - espresso and croissant - costs € 5.50 per person.

Check-in & Check-out
You can check into your room from 3 pm on the day of arrival, on the day of departure the room must be vacated by 11 am. If you would like to use the room earlier or wish to depart later, please contact the reception in advance.

Children & Family
Many rooms are exceptionally spacious and therefore particularly suitable for families with children. In the categories Classic Triple Room and Superior you will find comfortable options with sofas or the possibility of extra beds or cribs. Ask our team.

Cleaning service
Please note that when you put the "PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB" card, the room will not be cleaned. Please hang the "PLEASE CLEAN ROOM" card when leaving the room if you wish your room to be cleaned. Our housekeeping team will be there for you until 1 pm.
Our housekeeping team will be happy to bring you extra pillows, bath towels, hand towels and toiletries. Towels on the floor means "Please replace". Towels on the holder means "I'll keep using them". With our THINK GREEN- card you also have the option to completely skip room cleaning for the sake of the environment.

We accept American Express, Diners, Master Card, Visa and ATM cards.

Doctor and rescue
Should you need a doctor, please contact our reception (tel. 9). If you need rescue, please dial 144 or contact the reception. For the outside line, please dial 0.

Dogs
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please inform us in advance. We charge € 14 per night for your four-legged friend due to the increased cleaning effort. Please be informed that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

Gift vouchers
Would you like to give someone a gift with a stay at Boutique Hotel Dom? We will be happy to put together a value voucher or an individual package for you.

Laundry, ironing, and cleaning service
We can arrange a laundry service for you. You will find laundry lists in your wardrobe. We are also happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron upon request.

Leisure activities
Upon request, we will be happy to assist you in organizing your leisure program. Information about sights, excursion destinations, cultural program and current events in Graz can also be found at www.graztourismus.at.

Luggage storage
You are welcome to store your luggage at the reception.

Minibar
The minibar is refilled daily, please refer to the "Minibar list" for prices.

Parking spaces
The public parking garage "Pfauengarten" is only a few minutes away from our house. You will receive the reduced parking ticket (€ 22,50/24h) at our reception during check-in. You will then no longer need an entrance ticket for the parking garage. You can stop in front of the house to load and unload your car for max. 10 minutes. However, please note the parking ban.

Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located in the Herrengasse 11 (Bärenapotheke), approx. 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel.

Public transportation
Buses and streetcars are located nearby the hotel. We are happy to help you plan your routes. Tickets are available at the ticket machine in the streetcar.

Reception
Our reception team is available daily from 7 am - 10 pm. Outside reception hours you can reach us at +43 316 824 800 or by calling DW 9 (please let it ring longer). You will be connected with our partner hotel, the Palais-Hotel Erzherzog Johann. During the closing hours of the reception, your room card unlocks the entrance door, the staircase and the elevator.

Restaurant Steakboutique
The Steakboutique on the ground floor of our hotel is one of best steak restaurant in town. For table reservations contact the restaurant directly.

Safe
Each room is equipped with a safe. The operating instructions can be found inside the safe.

Smoking
Our entire house is smoke-free. In case of non-compliance there is a charge up to € 600.

We will be happy to assist you in booking a taxi.

The fitness club John Harris with panoramic sauna and indoor pool is only a few minutes’ walk away from our hotel. Ask our reception team about the discounted daily rates for our hotel guests.

W-Lan is available in all rooms. The code can be found on your room card, which you will receive at check-in.
