ARRIVAL
Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm (please note that in January, February, March and April the reception is open daily from 7 am until 9 pm).

Please note that arrival outside of opening hours is only possible if you contact us personally in advance (by phone at +43 316 824 800 or email).

RATES
Our prices include VAT and exclude accommodation tax of € 2.50 per person per night. Children are exempt from the overnight tax until their 15th birthday.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 3 pm, check-out on the day of departure until 11 am. Earlier arrival or later departure is only possible subject to availability, on request and for a fee. After your check-out, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception until your departure. Please ask our front office team.

BREAKFAST
Unless included in the room rate, our exquisite breakfast buffet is charged at € 23,- per person. Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 10:00 am, and on Sundays and public holidays from 7:00 to 11:00 am.

Breakfast “to go” – espresso and croissant: €5.50 per person.

Breakfast in your room: Breakfast order forms are available at the reception. Please return the completed form to the reception by 9:00 p.m. the day before at the latest.
A room service fee of €10,- applies.

GIFT VOUCHERS
If you wish to redeem a voucher, please provide the code when booking and show the voucher upon arrival. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the redemption of the voucher if this is not communicated beforehand.

PARKING SPACE
The public parking garage "Pfauengarten" is only a few minutes away from our house. You will receive the reduced parking ticket (€ 22,50/24h) at our reception during check-in. You will then no longer need an entrance ticket for the parking garage. You can stop in front of the house to load and unload your car for max. 10 minutes. However, please note the parking ban.

DOGS
You are welcome to bring your dog with you. Please inform us in advance. We charge € 14,- per night for your four-legged friend due to the increased cleaning effort. Please be informed that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room.

SMOKING
We are a non-smoking hotel.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of your definite booking is possible free of charge in writing until 6 pm on the day of arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or no-show, 100% of the price for the first night will be charged as a cancellation fee. When booking a non-refundable rate, a 100% deposit is required, which is non-refundable.
