RATES
Our prices include VAT and exclude accommodation tax of € 2.50 per person per night. Children are exempt from the overnight tax until their 15th birthday.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in on the day of arrival is from 3 pm, check-out on the day of departure until 11 am. Earlier arrival or later departure is only possible subject to availability, on request and for a fee. After your check-out, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the reception until your departure. Please ask our front office team.

CHILD DISCOUNT
In the parents´room with breakfast:
0-6 years: free | 7-14 years: € 15
from 15 years: € 30 | from 18 years: € 40

In the parents´room without breakfast:
0-6 years: free | 7-14 years: € 10
from 15 years: € 20 | from 18 years: € 30

BREAKFAST
If not included in the room rate, we charge € 19 per person for our exquisite breakfast buffet. MO - SA from 7 am to 10 am, on Sundays & public holidays from 7 am to 11 am. Breakfast "to go" - espresso and croissant costs € 5,50 per person.

GIFT VOUCHERS
If you wish to redeem a voucher, please provide the code when booking and show the voucher upon arrival. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the redemption of the voucher if this is not communicated beforehand.

PARKING SPACE
The public parking garage "Pfauengarten" is only a few minutes away from our house. You will receive the reduced parking ticket (€ 19/24h) at our reception during check-in. You will then no longer need an entrance ticket for the parking garage. You can stop in front of the house to load and unload your car for max. 10 minutes. However, please note the parking ban.

DOGS
Dogs are also very welcome in our house! The surcharge is € 8 per night without food. A cuddly blanket and a bowl will be provided for your four-legged friend upon advance reservation.

ROOM SERVICE
For breakfast in your room, please place your order on the outside door of your room in the evening. We charge an additional service fee of € 10.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation free of charge depending on the booked rate is possible in writing at least 24 hours before arrival. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show, 80 % of the booked stay will be charged. This also applies to early departures and/or late arrivals. If you have booked a non-refundable / prepaid rate, we cannot cancel it.
