FAQ - Frequently asked questions

Arrival
Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

When you plan to arrive outside opening hours, please inform us in advance by phone +43 316 824800 or email.

Breakfast
Enjoy breakfast from our buffet with fresh and regional specialities as well as fresh egg dishes on weekdays from 7.00 am to 10.00 am and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays until 11.00 am.
If you would like to have breakfast at Boutique hotel Dom without an overnight stay, please reserve your table with our reception team. 

Check-in and Check-out
You can check in from 3 pm and are asked to check out until 11 am on the day of departure. If you would like to use the room earlier or wish to leave later, please discuss this with our reception team in advance.

Children & Family
Many of the rooms in our Boutique hotel Dom are exceptionally spacious and therefore particularly suitable for families with children. In the categories Comfort and Superior you will find comfortable possibilities with sofas or the possibility of additional beds or cribs. Ask our team.

Credit cards
We accept ATM cards as well as all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club or American Express.

Cleaning
Please note that your room will not be made up if you put up the "DO NOT DISTURB" card. When leaving the room, please hang up the "PLEASE CLEAN ROOM" card. Our housekeeping team is at your disposal from 7 am to 1 pm.

Dogs
You are welcome to bring your dog to Boutique hotel Dom. Please inform us in advance. We do not charge any fees for your four-legged friend, but please understand that we have to charge an additional cleaning fee in case of heavy soiling.

Laundry, ironing and cleaning service
We can organise a laundry and sewing service for you at any time. We will also be happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron on request.

Leisure activities
On request we are happy to help you with your leisure program in Graz. You can also find information on sightseeing, excursions, cultural programmes and current events in Graz at www.graztourismus.at

Luggage storage
Before moving into your room on the day of your arrival and after checking out on the day of your departure, you can deposit your luggage safely and free of charge with our reception staff.

Parking
The public parking garage "Pfauengarten" is only a few minutes away from our hotel. Reduced parking tickets (€ 19,-/24h) are available at our reception desk at check-in. You can stop in front of the house to load and unload your luggage. Please note the parking ban.

Public transport
Buses and trams are in the immediate vicinity. We will be happy to help you plan your routes. Tickets are available at the ticket machines in the tram. The practical 3-day ticket for Graz can be purchased at our reception or conveniently booked online.

Our reception is open daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

Rental cars and bicycle rental
We are happy to help you with the organisation of a rental car. If you would like to explore Graz by bike, you will find several rental stations in the surrounding area.

Restaurant Steakboutique
The restaurant Steak Boutique on the ground floor of our hotel is one of the most popular restaurants for steak lovers. For table reservations, please contact the restaurant directly or our reception team. As we cannot guarantee short-term appointments, please let us know as early as possible.

Room service breakfast
We are happy to serve you breakfast in your room. Please discuss your wishes with our reception team. We charge a service surcharge of € 5,00.

Smoking
The public areas as well as all rooms and suites are smoke-free. In case of non-compliance, up to € 600,-- will be charged. 

Transfer to airport and train station
We will be happy to assist you with the reservation of a taxi from and to Graz Airport or the railway station. Please contact us.

Vouchers
Would you like to present someone with a stay at the Dom boutique hotel? We will be happy to put together a voucher or an individual package for you.

Wellness and Fitness
The fitness club John Harris with panorama sauna and indoor swimming pool is only a few minutes walk away. Ask our reception team about the discounted daily rates for our hotel guests.

WiFi - Internet
WiFi is available free of charge in all areas of the hotel. 

Wishes & Needs
Please let us know your individual wishes and needs as early as possible so that we can fulfil them in the best possible way. We are also happy to consider special room requests according to availability.

Workshops and Meetings
Our suites are ideal for smaller meetings. Please contact our reception desk.
