"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The staff is extremely kind and thoughtful, the service is impeccable- we required an early check in and late checkout and already from the message exchanges prior to our arrival they reassured us that , although couldn’t confirm, they will try to accommodate our request - and so they did. We were given a spacious, comfortable and well equipped triple room. Quiet, clean, worm and cozy, the room was just perfect. The breakfast is also at a high standard, diverse and sufficient. With the hotel located in the centre of Graz, we were only a few minutes walking distance from the main tourist attractions. We thank the hotel and team for the pleasant stay"
