What we do for your and our safety
The health and well-being of our guests and our staff is very important to us. We have taken many safety and hygiene measures in our Boutique Hotel. Our primary goal is that our guests feel comfortable and safe and enjoy their stay with us without any worries.
On this page you will find all relevant measures at a glance.
We would like to thank you already now. Thank you for your trust and your cooperation for a safe stay.
What we do for your safety
- Our staff have been intensively trained regarding important hygiene measures.
- All public areas as well as handrails, door handles, elevator buttons and metal surfaces are continuously cleaned and disinfected.
- We air our generally accessible areas at least once an hour or keep the doors open, weather permitting.
- In general, we leave our doors open where possible to reduce contact.
- Disinfectant dispensers are located in the entrance area, next to the elevator, in front of the breakfast area and in other various public areas.
Rooms
- All our rooms are of course cleaned, ventilated and disinfected after departure or before arrival with special attention.
- We pay special attention to the thorough cleaning of the objects that are touched a lot, such as remote controls, handles and light switches.
- In the rooms you will also find a guide for a safe stay at the Boutique Hotel.
Breakfast area
- The general gastronomy rules apply.
- Special hygiene measures were taken for breakfast. Our reception staff will inform you about the measures.
Check-out
- We kindly ask you to pay your bill by card if possible.
Flexible cancellation conditions
Stay flexible! As a direct booker you can rebook or cancel your bookings free of charge until 18:00 the evening before arrival. Of course, you can also rebook prepaid bookings free of charge or we will gladly issue you a credit note with the value of the prepaid amount.
