Dear guests!We are looking forward to welcome you in our hotel. However, sometimes plans have to be changed.
Our cancellation policies:
- You may change or cancel your reservation free of charge until 1 day prior to your scheduled arrival date until 6 p.m.
- Later cancellations or changes are subject to 100% of the total reservation. In case of no-show, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
Terms and condition for groups:
- You may change or cancel your reservation free of charge until 6 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to arrival are subject to 50% and less than 2 days before arrival to 100% of the total reservation.
- In case of no-show, 100% cancellation fee will be charged
- Please be informed that we charge a pre-payment of 50% 4 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival.
